About the villa
Welcome to the brand new Walk to Beach Getaway located in the WindMark Beach North community in Port St.Joe, Florida. Enjoy at the beach or relax at home watching the beautiful glimpse of the water , trees and picturesque sunsets. BeachNSunset villa is a spacious 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath house with an open floor plan and furnishings that treat you with a coastal vibe.
Beach access and Boardwalk is at the end of the street and this is a pet-friendly beach, so bring your furry friends along.
Resort-style Ocean-view pool(non-heated) at a walkable distance , and access to an additional heated pool(heated between Oct-Apr) at nearby Village Center (3-5 minute drive) .
All our guests have access to Village Center that has a playground, boardwalk, Nature trail, Pool, restaurants, convenience store. Gym also available but requires additional fee and registration.
Groceries, Restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.

Living room has a sofa, loveseat and a convertible chair that can turn into a lounge chair or a twin/single bed. Smart TVs in Living Room, Master Bedroom and 1 other bedroom, High speed internet and board/card games for entertainment.
Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic essentials like a variety of coffee powders, tea bags, spices, etc.
Master bedroom has a king bed, writing desk and chair , walk-in closet, bath tub and shower.
2 other bedrooms have queen beds each
1 bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 4 kids.

Guest access
Access code for keyless entry provided before your arrival and will be active through your reservation period.
Guests have access to the entire home.

Note :
*For the safety of our guests and the home, there is a Ring Video doorbell on the front door, camera on the left and back side of the house. No cameras inside.
*Streaming services to be used with your own accounts
*Parking is available in garage and driveway but please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed as per HOA rules.
*Please do not throw into the toilets any flushable wipes, feminine products or similar items that could clog the toilets as it will damage the septic system. Any repairs for such damages will be billed to the Guests.
*One hallway closet is locked for storage and is not available to the guests.
